Submitting a mock recall to Quality Auditing Specialists

You can submit your mock recall to Quality Auditing Specialists via GS1's ProductRecallNZ service.

Login to the 'Mock Mode' ProductRecallNZ service

You will need to attach the following documents to your GS1 mock recall and then add Quality Auditing Specialists as a recipient.

1) Recall hazard risk analysis form

2) QAS Mock Product Recall Form

Both documents are attached at the bottom of this article
