NPC Rapid sends system emails to users of NPC Rapid summarising the products that have been updated in the last 24 hours. The email will look as below:
The triggers of this email will be for any of the following:
- Supplier makes a change

GS1 NZ staff re-trigger the data
- This could be to push data through to the retailer that has previously been "stuck"

GS1 NZ updates On Pack or MediaLibrary data

Nutritional data and/or images are merged with your product master data to be visible in NPC Rapid as well as being sent to be sent to the retailer

The retailer sends a confirmation message for Item and/or Price data

This includes all responses from the retailer - i.e. received, sync, review

If "review", please check the detailed message from the retailer and update the data as required
