Mitre 10 will now provide response messages with detailed feedback when new products, product changes or updates and price changes are made in National Product Catalogue (NPC). The response messages are often referred to as the 'Feedback Loop' as it allows Category Assistants and Managers to provide feedback detail as they review suppliers' updates and new products.
These response messages from Mitre 10 will either outline that the data is under review by Mitre 10, needs review and updating by you, is synchronised and accepted or is rejected. For more details on response messages from NPC and how to view them please read this article.
UNDER REVIEW Response Messages: These messages are sent to suppliers when Mitre 10 receive the data in their system for Category Assistants and Category Managers to review. If you see this message it means Mitre 10 will be looking into the updates soon. If your updates have been sitting as under review for sometime then please contact your Mitre 10 category assistant or manager to get the data reviewed by them.
REVIEW Response Messages: A 'review' message from Mitre 10 means that the category assistant or category manager have assessed your data and requested some updates and changes made. The details of the changes required by you will be outlined in the detail of the response which you MUST ACTION PROMPTLY. RESPONSE Messages: A 'synchronised' response message means that Mitre 10 have accepted your data and the stockfile at the store level will be updated overnight with the new information. There is no further action required by you.
REJECTED Response Messages: A 'rejected' response from Mitre 10 means that the category assistant or category manager have decided to reject your update and are not interested in the product being added to the national stockfile. In future range reviews the products may be asked for by Mitre 10 at which stage you will need to re-publish the product for Mitre 10 to accept and synchronise with.
