When a Review message is received, please read the Review & take appropriate action to resolve it (this may involve updating data and/or contacting the recipient directly).

I don't understand the Review Message
As Review Messages are sent directly by your Recipient, please reach out to the Recipient for further information. The review message might specify a Recipient contact. If it does not, then contact your Recipient Category Team (or your usual Recipient contact).
Why was this not flagged when I entered/submitted the data?
Review messages are different to NPC data “errors” flagged by the NPC system. They often relate to specific requirements or data misalignments that are only visible on the recipient’s side.
