Streamlining the ProductFlow service

In conjunction with Foodstuffs and Woolworths, we will no longer be offering a ‘conditional data check’ service when the physical shelf-ready product is not available.

By only checking shelf-ready physical products, this will streamline the ProductFlow service and ensure that the information you provide the retailers is good to go - first time, every time. 

You will no longer receive this notification in your ProductFlow Report.


ProductFlow Requests are still required

It is still necessary for you to complete a full ProductFlow request once the physical product is available, to ensure the information you provide Foodstuffs and Countdown is accurate, complete, and checked before the product is presented for sale both online and on-shelf.
