When you have products that are no longer supplied to Woolworths because they are obsolete, or no longer supplied by you (the supplier) then Woolworths has requested that you:
- Contact your Category Manager and notify them of the obsolete or deleted product - WWNZ will flag the product as deleted in their (WWNZ) system
- GS1 recommends you then end-date your item as this will help maintain your catalogue's active items. You can choose if you wish to unpublish these items or not.
- Do not end-date end of range products - this will trigger a failure message in the Partner Hub system
