Responding to "Confirmation" Messages

Catalogue Item Confirmation (CIC) and Price Synchronisation Confirmation (PSC) messages form a key part of the Woolworths New Zealand implementation of NPC.

This is how the category managers respond to information you load to them via the NPC.

Woolworths NZ & AU expect that all of their NPC Live publishers actively review and where necessary respond to the item and price confirmation messages.
