If you wish to add a new user for your data recipient account, you will need "Community Admin" privileges. If you have this, you will see the "Administration" section in the top menu bar.
Click on "Users" and then
Select your company, and fill in User Details:
Select the Roles tab, and
Give the user access privileges. This should ordinarily be "Retailer-Editor":
