Deleting Products with Mitre 10

Deleting a product for Mitre 10 should only be completed when a product has become obsolete or you intend to no longer supply the product to Mitre 10. Temporary out of stocks do not fall into this scenario. For product out of stocks please refer to the out of stock Mitre 10 article.

 

The process for deleting a product with Mitre 10 is as follows:

  1. Go into the Item data and enter an end availability date that indicates when the product will no longer be available (this field can be found in the Dates section).  Save the change and then Release the change.
  2. Go to the Price data and end date all active prices.  Use the 'Change' function to do this.  Save and then release the change.
  3. Once the item and price end dates have been saved and released wait for 5-10 minutes, then un-publish the product from Mitre 10.
