I have multiple GTINs for the same SKU, what should I do?

Based on the global GTIN allocation rules you should determine if there is a valid reason for having multiple GTINs for the 'same' product.

If so, then contact your trading partners to inform them of the situation and obtain their agreement to proceed. The details of how this should be done in the National Product Catalogue can be found in the attached document.

If - based on the GTIN allocation rules - you haven't found a valid case for having a separate GTIN, then we recommend you liaise with your manufacturer to align with the rules.
