Purpose:
This article outlines the steps to take in MyGS1 to update the status and visibility of your barcode product data in the global GS1 Registry Platform. Click here to learn about the Global Registry Platform.
Step 1: Click here or follow the steps below.
- Log in to MyGS1
- Via the left-hand side navigation menu click on MyProducts (Barcodes). You’ll be sent to a new page.
- Click any of the ‘View Products’ links displayed in the table. You will be sent to a new page.
- Click any of the links to products.
Step 2: Search and filter for the products to be updated
- Use the available search and filter options and click ‘Search’ so you can view the products to be updated in the list of products.
Step 3: Select the products in the table and update them
- In the table header (top row) there is a tickbox to bulk select all the products in the list. Click this to select them all.
Step 4: Update the status and make products private
- Click the appropriate button below the table for the update you wish to complete
- Make Private: The quantity of products you want to update will be outlined and you will be asked to confirm.
- Change status: The quantity of product you want to update will be outlined and you can choose to either make the products public or private.
