In order to ensure safety and efficient management of product recalls for their customers, Bidfood (previously Bidvest) use ProductRecallNZ as a tool to capture product information in a timely manner. It is their preferred communication channel for all product recall information.
The use of the ProductRecallNZ does not replace direct communication with Bidfood. For any product recalls/withdrawals, please contact the Technical Food Administrator, and send information through to the Bidfood Recall email (Recall@Bidfood.co.nz).

Please also note that secondary to using the system to contact Bidfood support office you will also need to fill out the following attached spreadsheet, documenting what Products (batches) were supplied into which Distribution Centres and when, and send it to recall@bidfood.co.nz
