Bidfood Communication Requirements

In order to ensure safety and efficient management of product recalls for their customers, Bidfood (previously Bidvest) use ProductRecallNZ as a tool to capture product information in a timely manner. It is their preferred communication channel for all product recall information.

The use of the ProductRecallNZ does not replace direct communication with Bidfood. For any product recalls/withdrawals, please contact the Technical Food Administrator, and send information through to the Bidfood Recall email (
