Prerequisites for viewing Analysis Reports
- Must be a Receiver/Initiator type organisation with private locations attached, for example Foodstuffs North and South Island, Countdown and Freshchoice/Supervalue or Z Energy.
There are 2 different types of analysis reports: Recipient Report and Initiated Notifications Report.
1. Recipient Report
This report is a consolidation of all private locations that have received notifications in the specified time period. It provides a sum of the total notifications received, the number that remain unread and the average time taken to complete the reporting process on these notifications.

To use the recipient report, you will need to first choose 'Recipient Report' from the Reports drop down menu. Next, you must choose the relevant head office organisation, then choose a time period and click the 'Run Report' button to view the results. You will also be able to export these results to Excel by clicking the 'Export to Excel' button on the bottom right of the screen.
2. Initiated Notifications Report
This report is a consolidation of all notifications that have been created by this organisation, or have been received and distributed by this organisation in the specified time period. This report shows key details of each withdrawal/recall, including the date of creation, key details to identify the notification, total number of products in the notification, total number of recipients and the status of reporting for the recipients.

To use the Initiated Notifications report, you will need to first choose 'Initiated Notifications Report' from the Reports drop down menu. Next, you must choose the relevant head office organisation, then choose a time period and click the 'Run Report' button to view the results. You will also be able to export these results to Excel by clicking the 'Export to Excel' button on the bottom right of the screen.
