This is a guide for filling out the "Additional Information" screen when creating a notification.
Introduction
A Notification is made up of a series of screens (and fields) that must be completed in order to send the notification to Trading Partners.
This is the screen that only appears if one or more of the Subscribed Recipients that you added to the notification requires you to answer additional questions about the notification.
Recipients that require additional information include:
Foodstuffs North Island
- If a Foodstuffs Representative has already been contacted about this notification, please include their full name and time of contact.
- Has the affected product gone through a Foodstuffs warehouse?
Foodstuffs South Island
- If a Foodstuffs Representative has already been contacted about this notification, please include their full name and time of contact
- Has the affected product gone through a Foodstuffs warehouse?
Countdown, Freshchoice and Supervalue
- Countdown or Progressive Vendor ID
- Product ID
Bidfood Limited
- Date that affected product was last supplied to a Distribution Centre
