Note: Please ensure the product is submitted for recheck within 5 working days otherwise a failing report will automatically be sent to you and your retailer(s).
The additional comments section of the email will tell you what the issues are and how to fix them.
There are 2 ways to get to the page to resubmit the product for recheck:
1) The email link
OR
2) Search Past Orders
1) The email link:
There is a link to resubmit your product for recheck once the data corrections have been made in the second line of the email.
Select the link and enter your MyGS1 login details.
The "Search Past Requests" page will open and the product will be ready for selection.
Put the product into Recheck:
- Tick the "Select" Option for the required product(s).
- Select "Data Recheck"
- Select "Confirm"
OR
2) Search Past Requests:
Step 1: Log into MyGS1.
Step 2: Click "My Product (Barcodes)"
Step 3: Click "Order Verification and Photography"
NOTE (if you don't see this menu option, you might be on the newer version of our site, navigate down to the bottom of the 'home' screen and click 'order now' next to 'GS1 Barcode Verification' instead
Step 4: Click "Search Past Orders".
Step 5: Enter the GTIN (barcode number) or report number. Click Search.
Note: To put more than 1 product into recheck, select "Pending Failure" in the Application Status
Put the product into Recheck:
- Tick the "Select" Option for the required product(s).
- Select "Data recheck"
- Select "Confirm"
