How do I request acceptance if my product fails?

Deal directly with the buyer or account manager. Present the verification report and ask for a dispensation. Note that the buyer/account manager has complete discretion to accept or decline the product, or to accept it subject to conditions such as an undertaking from you to improve the barcodes on future consignments. GS1 does not take part in these discussions.
