Retailers: Requesting Additional Information from Initiators

Head Office/Support Office Organisations are able to request additional information within the Notification Creation forms. These are mandatory fields that require specific information from an Initiator. 

These fields are retailer specific and so will only be seen by the organisation they are intended for when they are filled out.

To access current additional information fields for your organisation, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your account

2. Click the 'Organisations' tab on the left hand menu

3. See 'System Settings' for information on your additional information
