On July 11th an upgrade to allow the use of ProductRecallNZ on mobile was completed. Whilst the upgrade was not to a true 'mobile website' you can now access a 'scaled down' version of the website on mobile where you can zoom and navigate around using 'touch screen'. To view the screens more easily you may need to zoom in and out often.
If you are going to use the mobile application we would highly recommend use on the following browsers:
For iphone devices - use the Safari Browser (NB: you cannot access the website using Google Chrome on iphone)
For Android devices - use Google Chrome Browser

There are 2 ways you can access the notification on mobile -
First way (via the text message link on your phone)
Step 1 - Receive text message when you have a notification and follow link
Step 2 - Log in using username (see sms message) and password
Step 3 - View Detail of notification then select 'Report'
Step 4 - Enter in 'products found' and update 'status' on Reporting Page
Second way (via the website URL - www.productrecallnz.org)
Step 1 - Log in via your phone using username and password
Step 2 - Select to 'View Detail' of relevant notification on 'Received Notifications' page
Step 3 - View Detail of notification then select 'Report'
Step 4 - Enter in 'products found' and update 'status' on Reporting Page
